Including Nutrient Dense Foods to Your Diet Causes Your Body to Drop Unhealthy Stored Body Fat – Fast!

Don't Count Calories – Add Nutrient Dense Foods Instead

nutrient dense mealsIncluding nutrient dense foods into daily routine causes your body to detox and burn stored body fat. Quickly too! Eating highly nutritious natural foods (organic is highly desirable) displaces unhealthy stored bodyfat allowing it to be burned as your body's energy source. It not only will make you feel full and satisfied, but it also feeds every cell and tissue in your body, including your brain and nervous system. Adding specific nutrient dense foods quickly detoxes your body of heavy metals and soothes inflammation in your muscles and joints. You will feel more energetic and positive too, because of its direct oxygenation effect on your heart, brain and nervous system.

Nutrient Dense Meals

nutrient dense foodsThere are many ways to include nutrient dense foods into your daily routine. The one that I recommend the most is choosing locally produced, organic fruits and vegetables and juicing them as your first meal of the day. It has so much nutrition in a form that is readily available for your body, as well as hydrating your whole body. It gives you a fast shot of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants that are much more bio-available than vitamin pills or powders.

People using this method readily drop excess weight, and in a hurry.  It is not uncommon to see people losing a few pounds the very first week. This is why it is so recommended, because when you see immediate results, you stay with what is working for you, and you get even greater results as you go on. Not only that, you begin to look and feel younger and more energetic. The  alkalinity also keeps the doctor away and nourishes your skin, nails and hair. I've personally began juicing this very month and have found the results totally amazing. People are saying that I got a youthful glow about me, and I sleep better. I've dropped 8 pounds too. My clothes are fitting little looser and I'm feeling really good about myself.

Juicing is really easy. If you get a good juicer, you really don't even have to chop the veggies or fruits. You just put the softer fruits and veggies (celery, tomatoes, soft fruits) in first and juice them up. Then add the harder ones like kale, Swiss chard, apples, carrots, even ginger and garlic (if you don't mind getting attention). I recommend that you get a good blend of at least 3 different vegetables and one or more fruits to start. They come out so delicious, like you wouldn't believe. They will power your workout and whole day!

The best juicers that I would highly recommend would include the highest wattage you can get, usually around 1,000. Try to get the most sturdy and recommended models. Very cheap models won't juice kale, chard or harder fruits and veggies, and they break too! The top two I recommend are, in order of highest rated the Breville 1000 watt juicer and the Cuisinart 1000 watt juicer. Click on either model to see detailed information and customer ratings:

I highly recommend this because it has really good customer ratings, it will juice anything and is one of the easier models to clean. It will rarely break because it's made of die cast metal too. If you are looking for one that will last, this is it.

This would be my second choice (the one I actually have) because it is powerful, is very well built (although the plastic lid had a small crack, which they immediately replaced without my having to send the original one back.) It does everything.  For either juicer what you can do to make cleaning a breeze is to place a plastic bag (like the ones from the store) into the pulp container, and just throw it away after you make your delicious and nutritious meal. It's that easy!
